Not in love with it?

You can return your order within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return eligibility

Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Please take care when trying items on — footwear should be tried on a soft surface to avoid marking the soles.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet this policy may be declined and sent back to you.

How to start a return

Email contact@amelierloere.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Costs vary depending on your location and the carrier you choose.

Please use a tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 5 days of delivery. We will cover the return cost and issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your location, returns can take up to 21 business days to reach us. Please allow 15 days from posting before getting in touch about your return.

Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Prefer not to post it back?

If return postage would cost more than it's worth to you, email us — in some cases we can offer a partial refund and you keep the item. Just ask.
